Return Policy

Need to return or exchange an order? No problem! We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy on all products.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused (no scuffs, scratches, or signs of wear) and in their original packaging with all included accessories. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please note that exchanges are not available for Open Box items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customized items or products not in their original packaging cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@levantgoods.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.

3. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 1-2 business days, and exchanges within 3-7 business days (subject to stock availability).

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any return shipping costs. Discounts and original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received. If your exchange item has a price difference, we’ll either refund the difference or ask for additional payment before shipping your new item.
